Deliveries in the UK

We typically deliver via 1st class recorded delivery across the UK for next day delivery from Monday to Friday. From time to time Royal Mail deliveries are delayed so please allow 2 days from your purchase before chasing your delivery.

Deliveries outside of the UK within Europe

At present we do not typically send packages outside of the UK. For further requests outside of the UK please contact sales@cbdoil.org.uk

No quibble returns policy

We offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy, if you wish to return your unopened product in the condition that it was originally sent out to you, we will offer a full refund.

Damaged goods and refunds

All of our products are checked before being shipped so you should receive your order in perfect condition. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during postage. If your product is damaged in the post please contact us with 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement delivery or refund. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.
CBDoil.org.uk will not be liable for returns or refunds where the address given at check out is incorrect. If the goods are returned to us we will refund the monies minus postage.

Limitation of liability

Savent Group Limited t/a CBDoil.org.uk provides it’s products as food supplement and therefore is unable to advise on any potential medicinal benefits of the usage of CBD. In addition, it will not be liable for the misuse of its products or be liable for personal any injury, damages, or any loss of property that may result from the purchase, use or misuse of any of our products.
